Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times:

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

4. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

JSTCGDungeon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may not be eligible for refunds or reshipment.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will review and assist with a replacement or resolution.
